The grit level of the hygine prophy jet remains to be a problem for me every time I come to the office. There has got to be a better solution available! I feel like I am being sandblasted! I also wish I was getting instructed on things I could do to improve my next experience. I feel maintained but not serviced.
Lastly, I'd like to comment that the office is starting to look very dated. I'm being honest, I'm starting to think about looking for other options.

I have extreme phobia of the dentist but Dr. Jansen is amazing. He thoroughly explains the procedure and is very gentle.
