What can I say, I am very pleased with the service I receive at his office. Tina, you are the best!!! As a kid I never looked forward to the dentist, now, I have no issue coming to my appointments. Thank you for giving me a pleasant and wonderful experience, not to forget the laughs we enjoy!!

The doctors and nurses are all excellent. They're so knowledgeable, kind and patient. They offer excellent services.

I was a visiting patient from Dr Riva who was shut down for holidays. The individual who saw me was not helpful - it was evident she didn't want to take the time to fix my broken wire and tried to give me 'two options' which would price me out of having it fixed in the office that day. I told her I was leaving the country for a full year, before dr Riva reopened Jan 2nd, and despite hearing this, her options were as follows: "See Dr. Riva" or "get it fixed today." But her "get it fixed" recommendation was to simply glue the wire piece that has fallen back to tooth - whereas I told her in the past that when this happened twice before, the full backwire was replaced. I did not have a problem with her recommendation, but what I DID have a problem with, was the fact that she said she would charge full cost examination and full cost replacement, simply to glue the one piece, and that it would not qualify for an emergency free repair. I could see through what she was doing - she didn't want to fix it, so she presented to options - both of which I could not choose. I left with 1 hour of my life absolutely wasted, and the problem unfixed. It's such a shame because the atmosphere in the office was nice and I was thinking, "Maybe I would recommend this dentistry to my family." Never.

Broke a tooth and was able to get in very quickly. (Within hours). Met the new dentist Dr. Wong and was very impressed. Very competent, knowledgeable and friendly.

I am very grateful for the careful and very prompt attention that Dr. Tester gave to surprise problem. To say the least, this was very comforting and made a comfortable holiday season. Mary Hanyan and send our best for the New Year to Dr. Tester and the members of the Glendale Dentle Centre.
