Saiya’s first visit was a very positive experience for a nervous 6 year old.
Has there been any consideration to make a questionnaire more relevant for children?
I found the questionnaire extremely long and medical section mostly irrelevant for a child.
Still rate customer service and staff as excellent. Thanks Trudy Street ( Grandma)

I cannot speak highly enough of this office. The waiting room is so relaxing, I accidentally fell asleep waiting, even though I only waited for perhaps 5 minutes. I was in and out from my appointment within 25 minutes, and there was no discomfort at all (didn't feel the needles!). Dr. Janzen answered all of my questions (I usually have a lot) and has a great sense of humour. The dental assistant Tara is an absolute sweetheart. She's very comforting, patient, and also helps make the whole experience a heck of a lot easier, since I have a lot of dental-related anxiety. I am so grateful I accidentally found this office!

Despite being an extremely anxious client, even fearful during hygiene appointments, I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Tester and any of the staff. My children can all attest to the same.
