Gave question #6 a lower rating because I didn't know Dr. Janzen wouldn't be there to do the checkup and I had an issue to discuss with him. I was encouraged to make another appointment to see him, but this means taking more time off work (unpaid) and possibly paying for the subsequent appointment. For someone on a really tight budget, this was a bit discouraging. Other than that little glitch, I find the office to be very professional, the staff to be truly warm and friendly, the services to be thorough, and generally, I am very satisfied! Thanks :)
