No wait, comfortable, clean, pleasant staff from when you enter to the hygienist and the dentist asking questions and being personal making that connection. The hygienist checked in with me throughout making sure I was comfortable, my pain or discomfort level. Helpful and knowledgeable and gentle. Dentist and hygienist connected with me in a personal level. Seemed to genuinely care. 3 of 4 family members visit this dentist. I have mentioned them to many other friends and family. Very impressive. I had 4 dentists in my life 2 in TO, 1 in Richmond hill and now Glendale dental in St. Catharines. They were highly recommended by a retired dentist.

The staff here are the most caring, kindest group of people. The hygiene, dental, and orthodontic care is exceptional and they have a very accommodating schedule to meet their patients’ needs. I have only had great experiences in the 20+ years that I have been a patient here. Keep up the great work!!

The cleaning was done so fast that I was surprised when it was over.
It does not justify the money paid for this service. A lot of talking, time spent on computer and very short time spent on my cleaning.

Jenn is awesome! Friendly, great at her job and makes the time spent during your cleaning feel like your having coffee with an old friend! Speaks wonders for the experience as after all; your at the dentist!
