While I was very satisfied with my dentist and hygienist, the person processing my claim to the insurance company could not figure out how to get it processed. Instead of phoning the insurance company, she expects me to get the information she needs to complete the transfer. I consider this to be her job, not mine. If this cannot be transferred properly in future, I will have to consider looking for a new dentist.
