Very pleased with Dr Tester's informative approach and caring. Provided the time necessary to make me feel comfortable and at ease. I appreciated him providing details of what he was going to do and the reasons for it. Jen was very thorough. Came away feeling I had received an excellent cleaning. Thanks to all for providing a pleasant and professional environment.

Dr Diston is "THE MAN" He will get at your teeth fix the problem, say you are done, and you are sitting there waiting for him to start, but you are done and good to go before you know it. Excellent job Dr Diston.

I am slightly disturbed by the fact that ween I was handed the paper for my next appointment that it also included a record of charges and that there is a charge that was not covered by ODSP. I would have preferred that I found out from the doctor personally of the charge not being covered. I will of course make sure this is paid by the month end. Dave
