Wonderful staff, and super clean office. Our family first started going here 25+ yrs ago and have never had any problems! I highly recommend the GDC to anyone!!

Service was good. I understand there are rules and regulations set out by the college for Dental Hygienists due to Covid. I don't think a patient should be charged the same price for a cleaning when the typical cleaning tools could not be used and it was just the hand tools (my apologies for not having the correct language) and no polish etc. I understand completely but found it strange that patients are paying the same price for a service they are not fully getting.

Visit was great as usual. I love this place and will always come back here. Only feedback I would give is that the tablets we signed in on upon arrival were not super clean and this made me a bit uncomfortable. There was sanitizer available though to clean hands afterwards. The office itself was super clean.

Absolutely the best dental office ..I have been a patient of Dr. Tester & his hygienist Jen for over 20 years. I have periodentaI issues for over 20 years & have required no surgery. I travel from Bramptom to St. Catharines twice a year...don’t go anywhere else!! trust me!!!

I've been with this practice for over 50 years, beginning with Dr. Tester - Senior. I would never consider another dental practice because everything we need is here. Of all the professional/clinical practitioners our family is engaged with, it is Dr. Tester and his team at Glendale Dental Centre that we look most forward to. Sincerely, it is a positive experience. Staff are so very personable and responsive. There is good communication, information and follow through. The office is pleasing and comfortable, even during COVID with protocols in place by the practice. Dr. Tester has invested himself, and continues to commit to being ahead of the curve pursuing further training and education. We have expertise at our disposal (and have needed it). But possibly the greatest draw for us is the trust that is established because of the standards set out and because of the genuine care that is given. This is about relationship....and thus there is no question about our loyalty.
