Last time I was in I had left a comment about a staff member and a masking slip up. I was so impressed when I was there today that she took the time to address it with me and talked about the learning they had done as a group and thanked me for making the comment. I really respect when feedback is taken, owned and things are changed and was so impressed with how this staff member handled the feedback!

Very comfortable atmosphere. Kind and considerate staff. Going to the dentist is not like the horror that was the 1950's.

My dental hygienist is always so friendly, and is extremely knowledgeable and thorough with her job. The office staff is also so friendly and always helpful.

A recommendation I would add is to have the client be directed to the patient information sheets on the endodontist website. I only found this info when I went to the site for their office phone number. There I read the pre root canal suggestions i.e., re taking Advil prior to the procedure.
