Dr. MacDonald is an exceptional dentist, she is always concerned about your needs and is very gentle when working on you. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Her staff are also very exceptional, from Tina and Melissa who work the front desk and are always very friendly and accommodating including all the dental hygienists that work in her office. I've never had a bad visit or experience at that office!!

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly
Sasha is always very friendly, personable and very knowledgeable. She can answer all my questions and give suggestions all while gently and thoroughly attending to my cleaning. Front end staff is equally friendly and pleasant to talk to.

Fantastic Service, Awesome Dentist!!
Dr. Lori genuinely cares for her patients. Her work is gentle and she is quick to correct things if it gets too uncomfortable. She is honest and remembers things from previous visits that I had forgotten. My recent visit I had a crown installed. A couple of months ago we had tried to use a filling to correct the tooth issue, but it was unsuccessful. She "discounted" the price of the filling and applied it the costs for the crown. That is integrity at its finest!!

I have had painful experiences at the dentist in the past, but Dr MacDonald is always gentle and explains the procedure so there are no surprises. I also overheard her in the next examination cubicle taking care of a young girl, with a gentle and fun manner. Way to go! My fear of the dentist has subsided since visiting her.
