Great vibe (an great skill)
I know that a great vibe may not be top of your list for a dentist but its up there on mine - especially when you combine it with the professionalism, knowledge, care a technology they have to offer - wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks Dr Mel and team!

Great first visit for a 1 year old!
This was the first dentist visit (ever!) for my 21-month old son. Truthfully, I wasn't sure how it was going to go, but I can say that it was a positive experience! Dr. MacDonald and the reception staff were fabulous and made the experience fun (as fun as going to the dentist can be!). The little toy given to my son at the end of the appointment was also a hit. The facility is definitely kid-friendly, modern and very clean. I will be switching my own dental care to Dentus.

Consistently Excellent
Just had my annual checkup and cleaning. Can't say enough good about all the staff, from the front office personnel to the dentist. On time, thorough, concerned about comfort, knowledgeable, etc.

So...a trip to the dentist usually makes me super nervous
Thank you Dr Russett and staff! Your dental assistant was gentle and accommodating, repositioning the metal loop for the dam so it was comfortable. (so sorry not to remember your name. You were lovely) "Dr Russett slipped the anaesthetic in without a pinch and completed drilling out an old filling and replacing it painlessly and quickly. I was well looked after!
