I'm torn between praising their efficiency and aggravated that it is necessary to write in this space. I would think the rating would be adequate. Next time there will be no feedback since this takes extra time.

This was on the whole a better experience than I have had. I like the dental hygienist who seems knowledgeable, skilled and respects me as a responsible adult patient with a brain. The bathroom was somewhat better than it has been, but in the past it has been smelly, which is the last thing you want in an office that treats people's teeth and mouths. I also find the current dentist knowledgeable and respectful of me. The other one I have seen may have been knowledgeable and skilled but there were times that I felt "put down" in terms of my concerns. I have been a patient of the Kershens for nearly 40 years, so I expect to be treated respectfully (understanding too that the staff are the professionals with the expert knowledge, not myself, which is why I am there; the relationship must be a balance and mutually respectful).
