I appreciated how accommodating the staff were with my 2.5 year old being present during my routine appointment, so as to allow me to take minimal time off work and get both of us seen. The difficulty with reorganization of office spaces due to an unforeseen mechanical issue, and the clear communication to all clients regarding the impact was done in a very seamless manner with very little negative impact.

I adore Dr. Buchan-Watson! She’s amazing with little ones, she’s friendly and easy to talk to and she and the staff at Lakewood Dental are wonderful! Best Dentist experience ever.

Dr. Buchan-Watson was very thorough and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She and everyone at the practice is very friendly. It was a very enjoyable and stress-free experience!

My boss referred me to this clinic. My gums by my wisdom teeth were in so much pain. I got in the day I needed to and thank god they checked what was wrong and got me the meds I needed. They referred me to where I needed to go, and I was on my way. They were quick and took my concerns seriously. Definitely recommend!

You guys were so amazing with my 2.5 year old daughter! I thought getting her in so young would get her used to the idea of a dentist, as she is scared of doctors. Thank you very much for making her feel comfortable the entire time! She is excited to come back and see Dr. Mackenzie!
