The replacement cap still traps food. The only way to remove foods such as meat, lettuce and citrus fruits is I have to tie knotts in floss.
I am very disappointed in the new cap.

I wonder if you could check something for me. Had two fillings done yesterday, not sure that I should have paid for two fillings as the one done on the top left, last tooth, was the tooth that was repaired on my previous appointment, some of the filling had fallen out and needed to be replaced, it was after that replacement that I was having issues as the gap was a little too large (between the two teeth) and food was continuously being caught and causing a lot of discomfort. In looking at the two invoices, I see the tooth that was done on my previous visit is referred to as Tooth # 37 and yesterday its referred to as Tooth # 27???The second filling yesterday (bottom right) definitely warranted full payment. Thanks for your help in this matter!

I absolutely love the staff there Lori and Maureen made getting my brackets on a lot of fun and dr viana made me getting my teeth pulled so comfortable and quick!
