The only issue I had with this appointment was that I was constantly getting calls to move my appointment up even though when I was there for the pre-appointment I had said I couldn't change the time. This calling made the day or 2 before stressful as at one point I was told my appointment time had been changed in your system, although this was a mistake, if it had been true I would not have been within the fasting time for the GA. The Care I receive from you is amazing and I will continue to give you my business because you do good work and make me feel welcome. As such, I wanted you to know that these attempts to change the appointment time the day before were enough to be stressful considering the appointment was such a big deal

Our start time was delayed because the previous patient took longer than expected. To their credit, we were told to come 30 minutes later as they anticipated the previous appointment might take longer.
