On Friday I woke up with an excruciating toothache. I tried taking an Advil, but it didn't help like it usually does and it was past hours on Friday. Having the best dentist ever, I knew he was open Saturday morning so I called first thing. He told me to come in an hour. I left it too long and it was abscessed. Dr. Viana helped me out with a treatment. I was extremely grateful he was open this past Saturday. I'm terrified of dentists and knowing I'd be seeing him, was so reassuring. The entire staff are so kind and thoughtful. I cannot say enough about Viana Dental in Kilworth. They were London's best 2015, 2021 and 2022 for a reason.

I called your office and cancelled my appointment the week before last with one of your receptionists on the phone. I got this email and a text today both telling me my appointment is still there and to call the number in the message to cancel. I called the number and got voice mail.
Please…I have no interest in wasting your busy time and go out of my way to cancel with as much notice as possible wjen I must. I will not pay any fees associated with this appointment if your system isn’t updating properly.
I’ve tried every way I can with an abundance of notice to advise you guys multiple times of this cancellation.
Please get this done and stop sending me appointment reminders for this excessively cancelled appointment.
I won’t be in the country and am not coming. Cancel it. Please.

The receptionist was very good and friendly, the dental assistant was very abrupt and seemed to be defensive .when I asked some questions .
