I came in for a cleaning, and informed the staff that part of one of my teeth had broken off. Not only did I get my cleaning, but they were able to fit me in to fix my tooth. On top of that, no needle required. Quick and painless and I don't have to come in for another appointment.

I've had an issue with a filling I had done recently; the dentist had tried several different solutions to try to ease my discomfort with the initial filling. In the end, he replaced the filling and the problems I was experiencing have since subsided. I'm extremely satisfied.

Normally a hygiene appointment that I have experienced in the past involves polishing as part of the service but I did not have this service. I am not sure if the laser service replaced that or not.
