Olivia did an amazing job with my cleaning, she was very thorough, kind and easy to talk to. My only complaint is, every time I come for 11:30 on a Monday, my (and anyone else's at that time) never start on time, i don't understand if it's suppose to be the first appointment of the day. It's not the biggest deal, but definitely something I've noticed the last handful of times.
