I had an old mercury filling removed and replaced. Staff were kind, informed, efficient and worked well as a team. Website needs to be updated to introduce newest Dentist, who is superb.

Oh my gosh I'm always very satisfied and pleasantly surprised on how nervous I feel going but am thrilled that I barely feel the freezing!

I have provided my review the other day, it was a long review as I had to explain how or why I have a massive fear of going. Everyone in the office is just incredible, there are no words (besides what I have already mentioned) to explain how unbelievably grateful for every single person in this office. I owe them so much for helping me the way I have. Mind you, I require IV sedation but everyone has been more than accommodating to my needs! I will not leave this clinic until Dr. Viana retires! Dr. Viana please don't retire lol.

Both staff I was in contact was very kind to me and that is important. I was very comfortable the way the nice lady fixed my problem with my tooth.

I have a complete fear of any dental work, cleaning included!!!! My first experience with getting an extraction (IV sedation is a must for me)
He was incredible. Just recently Dr. Viana did a root canal treatment but sadly, through no fault of his, it will need to be pulled! My fear comes from getting 2 molars pulled when I was 8 or 9 years old, this dentist pulled them without zero numbing what so ever, she lied saying this air was the freezing, and 2 other staff members held me down! I thought I found another dentist in London who was great, but despite knowing my fear during an extraction my numbing went away and that dentist just told me he cannot give me more freezing and asked me to breathe! Needless to say it took me over a year to get back into a dental office, a friend of mine recommended Dr.Viana and he has been a dream! Even the other dentists who work there are fabulous! He has such fantastic bedside manners, I'm praying my fear will diminish as the months/years go by! Now my husband goes there as well and I'm fully comfortable sending everyone else in my family to this office along with any family and friends. When you find a dentist who actually understands how your fear took over your oral health you stick with them and you work your butt off to make sure you keep up with your oral health! My parents passed on their genetics of horrible teeth onto me.
His staff has always been incredible in every single way possible, the time they take to put together a treatment plan is very very important! All the options they offer are great! It's not easy to find a dentist who really knows what they are doing, when you do, you hold onto them for as long as possible.
I would recommend the IV sedation if you have a big fear of dental work. And will forever be grateful to the friend who referred me to them! I will never ever go anywhere else!
Thank you Dr. Viana, you are a fantastic human being and I'm grateful to call you my dentist!
