Urban Oasis has consistently provided excellent service to my family. They are very respectful of our time and willing to accommodate us and our crazy schedule.

Mary, my hygienist was rude. First I told her to slow down a bit as she’s hurting my gums and give me sometime to breathe. She was so much in a hurry. She answered that I have to breathe thru my nose ( which I was doing from the start but felt drowning from the pool of fluid in my mouth), and further told me that if she doesn’t hurry up she won’t be able to finish what she is doing and I have to come back again. She also complained to me that I should have done my hygiene every 4 months. I acknowleged that I was busy so didnt have much time to do it but kept repeating throughout the course of her cleaning session that I should do it every 4 months (3 times). Another instance was when my mouth was full of fluid while she was cleaning my teeth I ask for a suction and she told me to just swallow my saliva and so I told her that for me it is not hygienic to swallow my saliva considering the debri from the scrapings she’s doing on my teeth are obviously mixed with the fluid.
Mary may think that she is good at cleaning but she has no compassion and empathy on patients. She isn’t a machine to just perform the cleaning and get the job done but a hygienist to touch patients in her most respectful and compassionate ways.

Staff is very friendly, and go out of their way every time to make you as comfortable as possible. When you walk all the staff are always smiling and happy which is rare to see in business these days. I'll definitely be back again.
