I just made my second visit to Urban Oasis Dental Studio. It was as good as the first, well actually better, because I was relaxed knowing how good the staff are.

Dr Krueger and her dental assistant Miriam are an awesome team. I had questions about treatment options and they explained everything clearly and patiently. During my tooth extraction they were patient during a dry throat coughing fit and solved that problem quickly. Then the anaesthetic wore off after 20 minutes (it happens). They re-anesthetized me and waited patiently for it to kick in. The extraction was smooth and utterly painless. The atmosphere was relaxed and efficient. The front desk team are cheerful and knowledgeable. Another great experience.

Great staff and service! Everyone is so friendly and makes the entire experience of going to the dentist with 3 kids aged 2.5 to 7 a breeze! My 2.5 year old was able to sit for her first full cleaning today with no issues and my 5 and 7 year old beg me to go to their cleanings on their own (no parent in the room)!
With tvs on the ceiling, getting to pick a toy from the treasure chest, and the chance to win a movie pass through the “No Cavities Club”, my kids look forward to going to the dentist! Thanks Dr. Kruger and Urban Oasis Team for making a trip to the dentist something fun and exciting for my kids!
