Love going to this office from the very beginning, always feel welcomed especially when thought of getting work done makes me very nervous, but everything is explained and easy to understand.

Dr. Alex is so professional and the dental hygienist. I trust them with my teeth. All the staff are friendly and very accomodating. Very clean feels like you’re in spa.

The receptionist was very helpful. The hygienist was unsure of himself when explaining treatment. Feel uneasy about getting the treatment.

Staff were friendly and explained billing and paperwork clearly.Dentist was friendly, efficient and took the time to listen to my concerns. Procedure was thoroughly explained as were my options.

Was a comfortable and friendly experience. Dr Kruger was so patient and kind during my filling, I was pretty nervous (from previous experiences elsewhere and a recent surgery) and she took the time to calm me down before proceeding. I do not think I will feel anxious having any future dental work done if it’s being done but Dr Kruger! As always the ladies at the front desk are warm and welcoming, taking the time to have friendly conversation. Will continue to visit Urban Oasis as my dentist office.

Our family has seen Dr.Layton and his staff for over 15 years. We first seen him way back when he worked out of the NE-London Towne Square location. He is absolutely outstanding and caring. He is a perfectionist always ensuring he completes his work to the highest standards. We travel well over 60 km's a trip and will continue to do so. Dr. Layton thank you for making my family enjoy their dentist appointments.

First time in this clinic for my 3 year old and she absolutely loved it, from the play area to the cleaning procedure and the treasure chest in the end. would love to come back.

I used to be afraid
I used to be afraid to go to the dentist due to having a lot of orthodontistry when I was young. I have been nothing but impressed by Dr Layton. He is highly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what he is about to do and the reasons for it. (I have to say that the coffee and the massage chairs help too)
