The patient was very comfortable and felt well taken care of. Some information communication discrepancies which caused confusion, but once further explanation was provided it was better. I would recommend this dental office.

I have never had a negative experience at Urban Oasis. The staff, if anything, are more than accommidating. During procedures, the hygenists and Dr, Kruger always make sure I am comfortable and they always explain procedures. Urban Oasis is also the first dentist my kids have gone to and since their experiences have been positive, they never cringe when it's time to go to the dentist.

Urban Oasis is my first and only dentist that I have been to. The staff is always very friendly and I have never had any issues with anything. I also like the Treasure Chest and the "No Cavity Club" wall as it reminds me to take care of my teeth.
