Love your staff! The whole experience is always comfortable. Only lower rating this time was my appointment was 30 minutes delayed by previous patient. Normally not an issue, but my son went in on time with his 4pm appointment, and finished in appropriate time, but then had to wait an hour for me to be completed. Just nice to finish close to same time. A little beyond control I understand.
