I was in your office on May 15 2024 and had a filling on a large molar and on a chipped front tooth. On the molar, half of an old metallic filling was removed with what felt like a jack hammer, and I believe the next molar was chipped at that time but was not mentioned to me at that time. I was back on June 13 2024 for cleaning etc. I mentioned that food had been collecting between the molar that had been worked on and the next molar. At this time it was discovered that the next molar was chipped and that was why food was collecting at this point. There was no food collecting at this point prior to the work on the molar beside it . I believe this molar was damaged during my visit of May 15 2024. Harold Eagleson
