Normally, I have two regular visits to Dr K's office per year. This year, I had a visit in Jan, Jun, and then Dec. By the time Dec rolled around, I had no scaling units (whatever those are) left in my insurance coverage so I had a very large (and unexpected) bill for this visit. If I had realized that I would have no coverage left when the Dec appt was booked back in Jun, I would have asked to push it back into the new year instead because I cannot afford it.

enjoyed meeting the new staff and connecting with the people I know already, also saw my favorite dentist, everyone is doing an awesome job under difficult circumstances. I have been a patient here for a long time and have never had a problem.

Although I missed Maria Ferrera, A LOT, you have a great Hygienist In Kayla! Plus, that front office really worked well for her, I’m thinking it should be her Permanent home? Thank YOU Dr Jeff and Dr Adam for Having such a wonderful , knowledgeable office staff, Susan & Deb were friendly as always. A big shout out to the “new girl “ She took her job as Covid Screener, very seriously, and even asked a gentleman, to put his mask up on his face, to cover his nose. The people here are amazing. They went above and beyond to provide emergency dental care. Their day to day card is exemplary. This is the reason we have been going here for years.
