I always pick an early appointment and I never have to wait. NED were also very understanding and communicated very well during the gong show of the last 19 months. Really like the text system for appointments, confirmations etc.

As per usual, the staff and Dr’s / Owners have gone above and beyond to make me feel relaxed, safe and cared for. From Carol at the entrance check, Deb at reception, all the staff behind the scenes and Michell ( dental hygienist ), you could not have a better professional team to look after your dental needs. A big Thank You to Dr Guy & Dr. Jeff for assembling such a great team and for equipping the office and procedure rooms with the latest air scrubbers to get us through this era of concern with an atmosphere of safety and normalcy. One less worry for the patients and staff. I really appreciate all that North End Dental does for our Dental & Mental health !

Jessica is such a friendly, gentle and proficient hygienist. I usually have Dr. Ferrera, who is fantastic. This time I had Dr. Lefebvre, who was equally wonderful. Super friendly staff.

As always my dental hygienist did a professional job. Marie has always placed a great deal of focus on teaching as she is cleaning. You were greatly missed, so good to have you back. I have already started to practice your few recommendations. Will keep you posted on my improvements.
