I have been coming to your office for a number of years and have always been happy, from the staff at the desk, the dental hygienist and the dentist, I have always been extremely happy and will continue to come to your office until the dentist retires, so I think I'll be coming for a long time.

For someone who doesn’t do well with dental work Nicki made it a breeze and helped me through each step. Teaching me as we went. I’m thrilled my next appointment will be with her! I highly recommend North end!

I would have thought that you would have called in advance to advise that the technician I have used for years was no longer there rather than just switch me to another one and me not knowing until she came out to call me in. Fortunately the new tech was very good.
