The receptionist Jessica and assistant Mimi were both super friendly and helped me a lot. The doctor was good and knowledgeable, but during the process, he probably thought I didn’t understand English and just shut my lips with his hand without further communication, which makes me extremely uncomfortable.

I do not like going to the dentist, but everyone here was super kind, welcoming, gentle, and thorough. I appreciate a dentist who seems interested in their patient, has patience and is willing to explain things in simple terms as well as your options. He seems to enjoy his work and genuinely care.

I had difficulty coming into the building with my scooter which I mentioned to the dentist and frtom what I understand this will be forwarded to the buildings' maintenance. It needs an automatic door opener on the outside of the building and by the second door to the elevator. The elevator itself is just deep enough to accommodate the scooter.

I have been overall satisfied with the clinic and would happily recommend it to friends and family. That being said, my last visit was uncharacteristically uncomfortable. My dentist and hygienist were quite rough with my teeth, to the point that I still have pain and sensitivity a few days after my cleaning. Despite this negative experience I would call it an isolated incident, and I still believe that the clinic provides top notch work.
