I suggest you review the layout of your survey. Typically right to left is low satisfaction to high satisfaction with 5 being highest. You have explained the rating scale but the layout may result in some errors id people just mark everything far right. Also the no on referrals is because my wife already deals with your office and I no longer have contacts working downtown and proximity is an issue, particularly due to parking costs

Dr David’s and her staff were amazing. I had a tooth extracted and bone graft. They made sure I was comfortable - including a furry blanket. I was informed at every step. I felt no pain and it was ensured I wouldn’t for a little while. Dr Davids has an amazing light touch and is so very skilled at simple and very complex procedures. I trust her completely

Wonderful office and staff, plus they do sedation dentistry which I have never experienced, but am definitely looking forward to with the extensive dental work I am having done. I would highly recommend them.

I was in to have an implant placed. The procedure went very quickly and efficiently with no serious discomfort (it's never going to be really fun!) And so far all is going very smoothly with it. All in all , a good experience.
