Both Dr. Klassen and her assistant (my apologies for forgetting her name, I think it began with an "A") were wonderful and very enthusiastic for 7:00 am. Kudos for that! I appreciated Dr. Klassen's desire to not being satisfied with just "good enough" but with spending the extra time to ensure that I was completely satisfied. SO glad that I made the switch to Dr. Klassen's practice. The office staff are so helpful, professional and have a great sense of humor. Keep up the great work!

Once again Dr.Kim and her staff excel. I went in for my routine cleaning and Lyla was my hygienist. I enjoy having Lyla because she is so passionate about what she does . Her attention to detail is .what makes her special .

Actual work done was good. However not pleased with the selling tactics of dr Kim with regards to ortodontics. In 10 years she has never mentioned that I might need braces. Now she thinks they might help. Why, because she now does them herself? Not very professional. I was disappointed. Then, I also feel she is overpriced. I can fly to Keliwna and see a dentist there , for what she charges in one appt.
